The Fire is the First Ancestor who came to change us and carry us home. The Sagh’ic honour the flame as a paternal spirit who carries us into a deeper relationship with the flames which reside in the hearths and forges of our hearts and the hearts of all who live upon this earth.
It is not that we walk on fire, it is that the fire carries the flames of our hearts.
Firewalkers, Firewalk Assistants and Firewalk Celebrants undergo specific training which deepens not just their understanding of Fire, it deepens and intensifies the intimacy and passion of being with and of the flames.
To be a Firewalk Celebrant requires an affectionate relationship with the Old One of the Fire and a greater part of the training is a demonstration of this love affair.
